Capturing Matsubara-san

The PhD student, Matsubara-san still has not shown up in the lab, but
there are sightings that he has been sneaking into the lab in the past few days. Professor was able to find him through his cellphone, but he refused to stop coming at night. Nishitani-san actually hid in the lab and caught him in the act at around 1 am. Still, Matsubara-san refused to listen to him.

It's good that he still has the desire to do experiments, but you can't do any research without data anaylysis. He hasn't used any of the microscropy machine nor the computer for the past week. It was getting suspicious and worrisome for all of us to let him come into the lab at midnight.

So we changed the lab on the lock. He is as unpredictable as the weather, but we knew he would come to the student room to look for the new key when he realizes he's been locked out. Professor asked me whether it was possible to setup a camera in the lab. So I used the existing webcams sitting around and set up 2 cameras in the lab with motion sensors.

We caught him, but instead of midnight, he came in at 7:07am, looking for the key. He was in and out within 10 seconds.

His father came to the school to respond to Waki-sensei's phone call. We knew he was here, but we had no idea where to find him. Students from the lab went to all possible places on the campus including his nearby apartment, but he was no where to be found.
